Andrew Morgan has been the Chief Executive Officer at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust since 2019. Prior to his time at United Lincolnshire Hospitals, Andrew spent 5 years at the Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust as CEO, and previous to that was appointed interim CEO at the East of England Ambulance Trust. Andrew is an experienced NHS leader recognised for setting clear strategic direction; changing cultures; building strong stakeholder relations & empowering/engaging staff to performance improvement.
