Digital Project Manager

You will join the Digital Delivery Team to help shape and deliver innovative digital products and services, designed to transform the lives of their users. As a project manager you will be responsible for the bridging gap between the production team and clients. Rw Health are looking for an individual who has in-depth knowledge and extraordinary skills that are not common in other project managers. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

• To be able to provide links with clients and Rw Health developers to ensure both parties are aware of tasks and progress.
• Manage risks and issues effectively and play a pro-active part in problem resolution.
• Supervise projects/tasks to meet deadlines.
• Develop appropriate strategies for achieving these goals.
• Communicate with the Rw Health team to ensure project progress and to report any risks and issues.
• Co-ordinate communication as agreed in the Communication Plan.
• Responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives.
• To be able to keep an eye of latest strategies, tools and terminologies used in project management worldwide to potentially adopt them to increase productivity
• Support the business development team with Identifying customer opportunities
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Managing the maintenance and delivery of new features across a portfolio of digital services.
• Managing and reporting on project spend to key stakeholders.

Experience

• 2-5 years minimum Project Management experience
• First or a 2:1 degree obtained in any business-related area. Project management degrees are a bonus.
• Experience within the NHS or Healthcare sector.
